STUDY WITH US
We love to study the Bible, and here are many of the ways you can study it with us now.
Sunday Morning Sermons
- “Jeremiah.” Right now, Pastor Bryan is preaching through a series on the book of Jeremiah.
- “The Book of Judges.” Every 4-6 weeks, when Pastor Phil preaches, he takes us through the next section of his series in the Old Testament book of Judges.
Bible Class (Sundays, 9:30 am)
- Kids. Every week, from 9:30 to 10:05 a.m., the children (ages 3+) enjoy a time designed to teach them the truth of God’s Word (Click here for more information about RBC Kids). Currently, they are working through a series about the promises of God, stressing God’s faithfulness to every one of His promises.
- Adults. While we do not have an adult Bible class every week, we do have such classes during several months of the year. Check our church calendar for future adult Bible classes.
Our most recent class was in October 2022, when we looked at “Biblical Theology.” At a basic level, biblical theology is the study of “how the whole Bible progresses, integrates, and climaxes in Christ” (Naselli). In this Bible class, we learned more of what biblical theology is, identified what is involved in doing biblical theology well, gained exposure to helpful resources for biblical theology, and worked through many examples of biblical theology together. Our Community Groups are family-level groups, composed of singles and marrieds that meet every other week for a meal, Bible study, and fellowship (Click here for more information about Community Groups). Currently, these groups discuss the most recent Sunday sermon and then discuss a topic from the Book of Proverbs. To see what topic we are studying for our next meeting, check our page about “Preparing for Community Group.”
