The Sunday morning worship gathering is the most important regular event in the life of our church. Starting at 10:00 a.m., we enjoy a casual time with each other, along with some coffee and snacks. Then at 10:30 a.m., we begin our worship service, singing praise to God, reading the Bible, praying together, listening as our elders preach from the Bible, and participating together in the Lord’s Table. *Click here for more information.
For Community groups, a mixture of families and singles meet every other week to enjoy a meal together at a member’s home. Currently, one group meets on Tuesday and the other on Thursday. We come to each meeting looking to encourage each other and be encouraged in the Lord. Special attention is given to the discussion and application of Sunday’s teaching. *Click here for more information.
For Growth Groups, church members are divided into groups of 2-4 women or men. These groups meet every other week, perhaps at a coffee shop, a local restaurant, or a member’s home. We update each other on life’s recent events, share what we have been reading from God’s Word, and pray for one another. In addition, we also utilize this opportunity to review one aspect of the church’s vision statement, discussing how to advance in that direction and praying to that end. *Click here for more information.
Our children’s ministry staff welcomes the opportunity to serve you by taking care of your children. We provide childcare for nursery-age children (age 3 and under) during the worship gathering, starting at 10:30. Older children (older than 3) get to participate with us in the worship gathering. In addition, we provide a Bible class for the older children before the worship gathering, each week from 9:30-10:10 a.m. *Click here for more information.
The women of RBC meet regularly (usually monthly) to encourage one another through the Scriptures, to grow in Christ-likeness, and to serve together. Some of these meetings are informal times of fellowship at local coffee shops, while other meetings are more structured, usually including a Bible study or an opportunity to serve.
