ClosePsalm 103 | In Psalm 103, David calls his own soul to praise the Lord and to not forget all of God’s many benefits. Throughout the Psalm, David focuses on one benefit in particular: the forgiveness of sins. As far as the east is from the west, so far does the Lord remove our transgressions from us. In this sermon, we rehearse with David God’s many blessings toward us and call ourselves to remember not only what God has provided for us but also how he has provided those blessings for us, namely, through his Son.
