CloseEphesians 2:19–22 | From the beginning of the Bible, God has desired to dwell with his people. Whether in the Garden, in the tent in the wilderness, or in the temple in Jerusalem, God’s desire has been to live among his people. In this sermon, we explore how the church is being built by God into a new dwelling place for God and what role we have to play in God’s building project. The church is not a physical building; the church is, fundamentally, the people God has rescued through Jesus and united to Jesus. But those rescued people who are united to Jesus are God’s building, God’s holy temple.
