CloseHabakkuk, Acts 13, Hebrews 10 | In this final sermon of our Habakkuk series, we first review the message of Habakkuk and then step back from this smaller book to see how its message fits into the larger story of Scripture. We first focus on how the themes in this short prophetic book are developed in other books of the Bible, before drawing our attention specifically to two of the times that the New Testament directly quotes from this book. What was it that Paul and the author of Hebrews saw as they read and studied this book? Throughout the message, we are called once again to entrust our souls completely to God even if we do not understand all that he is doing in our lives. The just shall live by faith.
